We do not collect or process sensitive personal information (such as financial account passwords, health data, racial origins, or religious beliefs).

We provide you with the option to register and log in using your existing social media account details (such as your Facebook, X, or Google logins).

  • Google API Data: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere strictly to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Facebook Application Permissions: By default, if you use our Facebook login app, we access your Facebook basic profile information (name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL), alongside any other metrics you explicitly choose to make public.

Information Automatically Collected

We automatically collect certain technical data when you visit, use, or navigate our app and website. This data does not reveal your specific identity but includes device and usage characteristics, such as your IP address, browser settings, operating system type, language preferences, referring URLs, device names, country location, and system activity records.

This automatically logged information includes:

  • Log and Usage Data: Service-related, diagnostic, and performance information recorded automatically in our servers (such as date/time stamps, pages/files viewed, searches, and device error reports commonly known as "crash dumps").

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your personal information for a variety of critical framework reasons, including:

  • Account Authentication: To facilitate secure account creation, social login configurations, and overall user profile management.
  • Platform Operations: To process, store, and display your interactive tracking logs, calculator results, and trade journal data sets across your local application interface.
  • Vital Interests & Security: To protect system safety, handle error diagnosis, prevent fraudulent account activities, and take action when necessary to protect an individual's vital interests or prevent personal harm.

We only process your data when we have a valid legal reason (legal basis) to do so under applicable global privacy laws.

If you are located in the EU or UK:

The GDPR and UK GDPR require us to define the specific legal foundations we rely on:

  • Consent: We process your data if you have granted us explicit permission to use your information for a specific purpose. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
  • Legal Obligations: We process your details where it is necessary to comply with legal mandates, cooperate with law enforcement bodies, or defend our structural legal rights in court.
  • Vital Interests: We may process info if it is required to protect your safety or the vital interests of a third party.

If you are located in Canada:

We process your data under express or implied consent. You can opt out or withdraw consent at any time. In exceptional regulatory settings, Canadian law permits processing without consent (such as legal subpoenas, fraud investigations, or checking financial abuse risks).

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only transfer data in the following operational scenarios:

  • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your data in connection with, or during active negotiations of, any business merger, sale of company assets, financing, or structural acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another entity.
  • The Whop Redirect Ecosystem: To process premium upgrades, advanced group accesses, and subscriptions, our app redirects your interaction to our marketplace on Whop (whop.com). Whop operates as an independent Merchant of Record; your financial purchase history, billing credentials, and transaction processing are handled directly under Whop's standalone Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Our application environment links to external tools and data platforms (such as TradingView, TradingEconomics, HighBlock, Phantom Wallet, Bitget, or Pionex) to help you manually validate your plans. Your data interactions with these sites are subject to their individual privacy frameworks.
  • Offer Walls: Our application may display a third-party hosted "offer wall" to show virtual rewards or complementary tools. Clicking an offer wall transfers a unique user ID identifier to the provider to prevent fraud and validate task completion.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We use cookies, pixels, and web beacons to ensure system security, save your workspace preferences, avoid interface crashes, and track general usage trends.

Google Analytics

We share minimized site interaction data with Google Analytics to analyze traffic patterns. We may use features such as Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. You can completely opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across our Services by visiting theGoogle Analytics Opt-out Page.

6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

If you choose to authenticate your account profile using a third-party network (like your Facebook or X accounts), we capture the specific profile details permitted by that provider. We use these incoming data blocks solely for identity validation inside our own login portal. We hold no control over, and accept no liability for, how your third-party social media provider uses your personal details outside our app environment.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We preserve your data only for as long as your account remains active and operational. No structural purpose in this privacy notice requires us to keep your personal records for longer than twelve (12) months past the formal termination or deactivation of your user account. Residual data blocks inside secure archive backups are isolated from active processing until automatic deletion occurs.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented adequate technical and organizational security procedures designed to shield any information we process. However, no internet transmission or electronic database environment can be guaranteed 100% secure against hackers or cybercriminals. Sending personal data to and from our website or app (app.momswhotrade.co) occurs completely at your own risk.

9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from children under 18 years of age. By using our site or app, you verify that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that an account has been registered by a minor under the age of 18, we will immediately close the profile and clear the associated logs from our database systems. If you suspect we hold data from a minor, notify us at mel@momswhotrade.co.

10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Depending on your geographic location (including the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland, Canada, and various US states), you possess specific legal rights over your information, including the rights to:

  • Request clear verification of, and access to a copy of, the personal data logs we hold.
  • Request the rectification of incorrect profile fields or absolute erasure of your files.
  • Limit or object to specific data processing pathways.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most modern web browsers feature a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") privacy toggle. Because there is currently no finalized uniform industry standard for recognizing automatic DNT signals, our systems do not currently alter our baseline operational behavior or tracking software upon detecting browser-initiated DNT mechanisms.
