Welcome to Moms Who Trade. By using our website (momswhotrade.co), our mobile application, and our community features (collectively, the "Services"), you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. We’ve kept them lean and to the point—just like our trading style.

1. THE ARTISAN MANDATE: NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

Moms Who Trade is an educational platform and a "Venture Studio" for personal growth.

  • Declarative Knowledge: We share information about how markets work. We provide "Prototypes" of trade ideas for educational demonstration.
  • No Licensed Advice: Melanie van den Heever T/A Moms Who Trade is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or tax professional. We do not provide personalized investment mandates.
  • Manual Validation: Our tools (like the Trading Calculator) and daily briefings are "Procedural Guidance." You must manually validate all math and logic before executing any trade.
  • The Risk: Trading involves the risk of total loss. We are "Lighthouses," not "Tugboats"—we show you the passage, but you are the captain of your own capital.

2. SERVICES & MOBILE APP

We provide a free mobile application designed for busy moms to access briefings on the go.

  • Access: Use of the app is free, but you are responsible for any data charges or hardware requirements.
  • Updates: We iterate fast. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time to stay "Future-Proof."

3. PAID PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS (THE WHOP REDIRECT)

To help you reach "Escape Velocity," we offer paid subscriptions and premium courses.

  • Third-Party Processing: All financial transactions, paid memberships, and premium content access are processed through Whop (whop.com).
  • Whop Terms: When you click to purchase, you are redirected to Whop. Your purchase is subject to Whop’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Refunds: Refund requests, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by the specific policy listed on our Whop Marketplace page. Generally, as these are digital education products, we follow a "Value First" approach, but all final decisions on refunds rest within the Whop platform.

4. PROPRIETARY TOOLS & THE TRADING CALCULATOR

Our web-based tools are designed to be part of your "Replacement Ladder"—moving you from manual math to strategic directing.

  • Accuracy: We strive for precision, but these tools provide estimates only.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for "fat-finger" errors, calculator glitches, or misinterpretations of data provided by third parties (TradingView, HighBlock, etc.).

5. COMMUNITY CONDUCT: THE "TRIBE" RULES

We are a community of mothers. We value authenticity and "Sweats-on-Friday" vibes.

  • No Shilling: Do not promote "get rich quick" scams or unverified coins.
  • Respect: We operate a "zero-unhealed-pain" policy. Harassment or bullying of other moms will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
  • Shared Wisdom: By posting in our community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your insights for the educational benefit of the tribe.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "Moms Who Trade" system, video templates, "Replacement Ladder" frameworks, and course materials are our "Specific Knowledge."

  • Personal Use: You have a license to use our wisdom to trade your own account.
  • No Proliferation: You may not copy, sell, or "wrapper" our content to start your own competing business. Build the thing only you would build; don't steal ours.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moms Who Trade, Melanie van den Heever, and all affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses, "Weekend Traps," or missed opportunities. You agree that you are "Daring Greatly" at your own risk.

We often reference tools like Bitget, Pionex, and Phantom Wallet. * Affiliate Disclosure: We may earn commissions if you use our links. This allows us to keep our beginner content free.

  • No Control: We do not control these exchanges. If they go down, or your bot on Pionex fails, your dispute is with them.
